Event Rules ~ Canopies/Umbrellas down by 9pm for unfettered sky view. ~ Supervise your children ~ Use trash receptacles. ~ You bring it, you take it home. PROHIBITED ITEMS: ~ Personal Fireworks ~ Pets (except services dogs as defined by law) ~ Alcohol, Vaping, Smoking or Tobacco. The event organizers reserve the right to ask any individual to leave for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
Is the Event Free? Admission to the Forest Grove July 4th & America 250 Celebration is free for everyone but we strongly encourage donations. Your contribution helps fund fireworks, live entertainment, family activities, safety services, and the countless behind-the-scenes expenses required to create a memorable celebration for thousands of attendees. Events like this don't happen on their own. They are made possible by the generosity of sponsors, volunteers, and community members who believe in bringing people together to celebrate our nation, our community, and our shared traditions. Every donation, regardless of size, helps ensure that Forest Grove can continue to offer community celebrations like this for years to come. Looking for an enhanced experience? VIP tickets are available and include premium parking, reserved seating, complimentary refreshments, VIP restrooms, and other exclusive benefits—all while helping support this community celebration.
What to Bring To make the most of your July 4th celebration, we recommend bringing: ~ Lawn chairs or blankets for comfortable seating ~ Sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses ~ Cash or credit/debit cards for food, beverages, vendors, and activities ~ A light jacket or sweatshirt for the evening ~ Ear protection for young children and noise-sensitive guests. ~ Your patriotic spirit! Please remember that personal fireworks, alcohol, weapons, and pets (other than service animals) are not permitted at the event. We encourage guests to arrive early for the best parking and viewing locations.

Accessibility Limited ADA-accessible parking spaces are available within the event parking lots for guests displaying a valid ADA parking permit or license plate. Standard event parking fees apply to ADA parking spaces, consistent with all other parking spaces in the designated event lots. We are committed to making the celebration accessible and enjoyable for all attendees. If you have questions regarding accessibility accommodations, please contact us in advance of the event.
