Description
The purpose of this program is to provide financial assistance for capital expenditures that directly contribute to the growth, development, and promotion of tourism with the objective of increasing overnight lodging stays within the City of Forest Grove. Eligibility
CriteriaThe project must be used for tourism-related efforts and be open and accessible to the public.
Up to $2,500 per year, per applicant.
Review ConsiderationsMust be an upgrade or purchase of a physical asset, infrastructure, facilities, or equipment that is expected to provide a long-term benefit. Improvements are typically aimed at increasing an asset’s lifespan, improving functionality, or enhancing value.
Requests for capital grants will be evaluated based on a set of criteria, including alignment with tourism objectives and the goals, values and objectives of the city.
