The Forest Grove July 4th Celebration is a family-friendly community event leading up to a fireworks show at dusk. To help vendors have a successful evening, we intentionally limit the number of vendor spaces and curate a balanced mix of food, activities, and retail vendors. We have historically seen more than 3000 visitors to this event.  

 

We are especially interested in vendors offering classic festival foods, sweet treats, family-friendly activities (games, face painting, glitter hair, etc.), and unique artisan or handcrafted items.

 

Priority consideration will be given to vendors located in Forest Grove, as well as nearby communities in Washington County and Yamhill County (through the Carlton area).

 

Because space is limited, not all applications may be accepted, and duplicate vendor categories may be limited. Vendor fees help support event costs including permits, insurance, sanitation, equipment, and the community fireworks show.
